- If you received a Brochure by post, please include the Participant Number that was included.
- A separate written entry is not required.

Deadline for normal registration is August 22, 2016. After this date no more payments are possible.
Because of regulatory restrictions, we can not guarantee that applications made after the deadline will be allowed to participate in the event. If you have already paid your entry fee and are unfortunately unsuccessful in gaining a place in this year's tour, the entry fee will be credited to next year's event (at no extra charge). For administration reasons, entry fees are non-refundable.
There is no sending out of the starting cards. Successdul applicants go to their starting point and will receive their starting package with all necessary starting tools such as starting card, starting number, helm number and so on. If so wished, you may ask for a registration confirmation with the administration office.
Late registration is possible on the day of the event at a Starting Point, but only up to the maximum number of participants. Once this maximum is reached, no additional registrations can be taken.

Children under 16 years of age benefit from a reduction of CHF 10.- / € 10.- on the entry fee when accompanied by an adult on the event.
Cancellations must be made in writing and no later than two weeks before the event. Entry fees cannot be reimbursed. Upon cancelling you will receive a credit in the amount of CHF 30.- for the Gold Tour, CHF 20.- for the Silver Tour or CHF 10.- for the Bronze Tour, valid only for the next year's Gran Fondo. No confirmation of cancellation will be sent. If you wish to change your Starting Point, you must do so in writing on or before August 19th, 2016.
Credits from 2015 - If you have a credit from last year's event that you would like credited to this year's event, please contact the administration directly. There is no crediting locally at the event
